WHAT I DO

Fundraising gets messy fast.

Not because founders are lazy or unprepared — but because most people approach fundraising without structure, context, or an investor-level view.

I help founders:

  • understand what round they should actually be raising

  • tell a clear, credible story investors can evaluate quickly

  • avoid bad equity decisions that feel fine now and hurt later

  • think like long-term builders, not pitch-deck performers

Sometimes that’s through content.

Sometimes through conversations.

Sometimes through direct work together.

I’m Filip Kollert — former fintech founder and operator.

I co-founded and scaled a startup called Swipelux, where I spent years:

  • raising capital

  • selling to real customers

  • building teams

  • and learning the hard parts of startup life firsthand

I’m not an advisor who discovered startups from X threads. I’ve been inside the pressure cooker.

A few concrete facts:

  • Raised $2.5M from institutional investors

  • Built a B2B company with 180+ clients

  • Reached ~$500K ARR

  • Helped raise $5M for my clients

  • Took a startup from MVP through scaling and exit

I now focus on helping other founders fundraise with fewer blind spots.
